Directions from Coolidge Corner Branch Library to Main

By Foot (a bit less than 1 mile):

  1. Turn left out of front entrance of library.
  2. Walk a block and a half to Beacon St.
  3. Turn right on Beacon and walk one block to Harvard St. (Coolidge Corner)
  4. Turn left onto Harvard St. and walk to Aspinwall/School St. (a Walgreen's is on the left corner).
  5. Take a right onto School St.
  6. Walk one block to Washington St. The library is on the left.

By Car:

  1. From the parking lot under the building, take a left onto James St.
    (OR If parked on Pleasant St., proceed straight and take the second right -- skip to step 3.)
  2. At the intersection, take a right onto Pleasant St.
  3. Take the next right onto Parkman St.
  4. Take the first right onto St. Paul St.
  5. Go straight across Beacon St. to the end of St. Paul.
  6. Bear right to get onto Aspinwall. Get into the left lane.
  7. Turn left onto Harvard St.
  8. Take the first right onto Pierce St.
  9. Take a left onto Holden St.
  10. Take a right onto Washington.
  11. The driveway to the library parking garage is on your right, immediately after Town Hall.

From Main to Coolidge Corner:

  1. From the Main library garage or driveway, take a right onto Washington St.
  2. Take the first right onto School St.
  3. Go straight through the light at the intersection of Harvard Ave. to get onto Aspinwall.
  4. Bear left at the fork/rotary to get onto St. Paul.
  5. Take St. Paul to Beacon St. (2nd light). Get into left turn lane.
  6. Take a left onto Beacon.
  7. Pass James Street and take the second right onto Pleasant St.
  8. The library is about one block, on your right.
  9. The driveway to the parking under the building is before the building. Metered street parking is also available.
