What’s Going On Now

Bestsellers  Next week is our last book discussion of the year!  Make sure you stop by to grab your copy of Gantos’ Dead End in Norvelt before they’re all gone and then join us on Thursday, June 14th at 3:30pm in Main Library’s Children’s Room for snacks and discussion.

Ongoing storytimes at Coolidge  Remember that though our regularly scheduled storytimes have ended Coolidge has added a few extras to tide you over!  Join Miss Paula and Miss Abby for Sing Along on Tuesdays at 10:30am until June 19th, Mother Goose on the Loose on Wednesdays at 10:15am until June 20th, and one more Preschool Storytime next Tuesday at 3:30pm.  Check here for more information!

What’s Coming Up

Dream Big, Read! is this year’s summer reading program!  Get ready for some amazing performers to keep you entertained this summer.  We have lots of variety scheduled: magicians, singer/songwriters, drummers and animals, but if you can’t keep your nose out of a book we have lots of those too.  Remember that summer is a great time to explore new and challenging books (especially if they count towards prizes) and revisit old favorites.  You can sign up online again this year if you’d like, but in-person paper registration will be available at any of our libraries.  Stay tuned for all of the details.
