Imagine Your Story

June 15 – August 14

This summer, Imagine Your Story with the Public Library of Brookline! The program is open to community members of all ages, from babies and toddlers through adults. You’ll be able to pre-register for the program beginning on June 1.

Because we want to prioritize our community’s health and safety, the Summer Reading Program can be completed entirely from home.

When you register online, the Friends of the Brookline Public Library will make a donation to the Brookline Food Pantry to help support our neighbors and community during these trying times. Not interested in tracking online? You can download a paper log for Early Literacy, Elementary, Tween, Teen, and Adult readers and keep track that way!

For our Early Literacy, Elementary, Tween, and Teen Readers: Complete five activities in each Activity Track to earn the associated badge. For every badge you earn via Beanstack, you’ll earn an entry into a raffle to win a gift card from a local business. Complete all five badges, and get an entry into the Grand Prize Drawing!

For our Adult Readers: Sign up for Summer Reading to complete reading prompts and creative activities. Everyone who signs up is entered into weekly raffles to win a gift card from a local business. Complete eight activities to win the challenge and enter the grand prize raffle!

In keeping with our commitment to public safety, all of our summer programming will be virtual, as well. Visit our events calendar to find out where and when you can stream and watch our programs.
