In Japanese “Okonomi” means “as you like it” and “yaki” means grill or fry. In this hands-on class you will mix the batter, chop vegetables, flip your own pancake, and whisk together a delicious sauce to decorate the top. Join us for some delicious fun! This class will be taught by Wa-Shokuiku.
