Chinese Acrobatics with Li Liu

Brookline Village

Saturday, May 24 at 2 PM and 3 PM

Remember when Li Liu wowed us last year with her traditional Chinese acrobatics performance? We're beyond excited to announce this program is returning to the Brookline Village Library! We will hold two identical sessions at 2 and 3 PM for this fun, family-friendly show full of hand balancing, plate spinning, ribbon dancing, diabolos, and foot juggling. A free ticket is required - tickets will be available at the Children's desk starting 30 minutes before each session.

Jewish American Heritage Month Watercolor Workshop

Join local artist Laurel Greenfield for a guided watercolor workshop in celebration of Jewish American Heritage Month! This program is for adults and teens in grades 8-12. Registration is required - click here to register.

Taylor Swift Party

Saturday, May 31 from 6 to 8:30 PM

Welcome Swifties to a special after-hours Taylor Swift event at the Brookline Village Library! Join other Swifties in playing trivia hosted by Quirk Events, making friendship bracelets, and entering Era-themed raffles. Attendees are encouraged to dress up in Era-inspired outfits! This event is for teens and adults only. Space is limited, so free registration is required.

Please note that, since this event takes place outside of the library's regular hours of operation, you will only be able to enter and exit the building through the Library's garden entrance closest to the Children's Room. All other library services will be unavailable.
