90 Second Newbery Moviemaking Signups open now!
Interested in moviemaking? Want to see your films broadcast on TV? Become a 90-Second Movie Maker and all your dreams will come true.
Registration begins [here] on December 27th for children ages 8 and older.
Students will condense the plot of a Newbery Award- or Honor-winning book into a short, 90 second-long video, which they will write, film, and perform themselves. The final result will be featured at our 90 Second Newbery Festival in April and broadcast on Brookline’s Public Access channel for all of your family and friends to enjoy!
Classes run January 26th through March 30th, excluding February 16th and 23rd. This is an eight-week-long program; participants must commit to attending all sessions.
