Arthropod Petting Zoo with Professor Bugman (session 1)

A pair of child's hands with a large, somewhat shiny bug crawling over them.

Arthropods are the most diverse group of animal life on the planet! They include the dragonfly, scarab beetle, stinkbug, and cabbage butterfly – and so much more. Learn, see, hear, touch, and even smell the incredible adaptations these creatures have that help them survive in the wild world during this exciting show-and-tell-and-touch program!

We’re offering two identical hour-long sessions of this program! The first is at 2 PM and the second is at 3 PM. Capacity is limited due to room safety requirements, so tickets for this session can be picked up on a first come, first served basis at the children’s desk starting at 1:30 PM on the day of the event. This program is recommended for kids ages 5-9 and their families.

This event is generously sponsored by the Brookline Library Foundation.
