Attachment Theory: Styles, Stages and Change
Understanding of Attachment Theory has expanded significantly since John Bowlby and Mary Ainsworth’s Strange Situation experiment in the 1970s. In this workshop Join Melissa Hower will explore what has been learned about Attachment Styles since then, including:

* What Attachment Styles are and how they form
* How they impact individuals across the lifespan
* Their stability and resistance to change
* The latest evidence-based approaches to rewriting them
* Practicing these approaches first-hand
