Boabom Series: Self Defense – CANCELED

Learn basic self defense techniques in a fun, positive class. Based in Boabom, a Tibetan system of self-defense, relaxation, and meditation, this class will teach you a variety of simple but effective ways to remain calm in a tense situation and defend yourself should you need to. You will also learn some fundamental breathing and stretching, along with techniques to evade, escape, and defend yourself. Partner practice will be an optional part of the class. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and shoes that are easy to move in.
