Gentle Mat Yoga
De-stress this holiday season with our calming and restorative yoga series. For one hour, enjoy the benefits of gentle movement, passive and supportive poses, and focused breathing. Please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. This series is in partnership with Down Under School of Yoga.
