Henry VI Part III from the Commonwealth Shakespeare Company

Join us for a live performance of one of Shakespeare’s histories (and to prepare audience’s for the Commonwealth Shakespeare Company’s famous Shakespeare on the Common performances of Richard III) here in Brookline on the library lawn. Bring your blankets and cushions and snacks and enjoy the show.

Attempts at peace between House York and House Lancaster cannot last. As violence on the battlefield continues, political intrigue rises as well. The new Yorkist King Edward’s controversial marriage could permanently divide the family and Richard, the Duke of Gloucester realizes his own ambitions for the English crown.
