Virtual Japanese Paper Theater (Kamishibai) with Yumi

Join us on Facebook Live to watch kamishibai storyteller Yumi Izuyama retell Goethe’s famous fable, The Boy and the Jaguar! Kamishibai is a Japanese paper storytelling method that will engage kids and adults alike.

The program will appear in two parts, on May 13 and 20. Enjoy STEM art activities after the performance to enhance the engagement of the children and show how these stories can relate to them and their own families and community. Recommended for children ages four to seven years old.
