home and community as they age.

Jamaica Plain, Roslindale, West Roxbury, Hyde Park, Roxbury and Brookline,
age in their own homes and communities.
Members subscribe to JP@Home to receive access to Ethos’ services at
discounted rates and numerous social, health, and wellness activities.
There is no cost to attend however, registration is required. Please visit, email or call 617-477-
6934 to reserve your place or for more information.
