
Mapmaking with Ranger Alex

Learn how to map the world around you with Ranger Alex!
Ranger Alex will teach attendees how to read maps, note important landmarks, designate scale, and create their own map of the grounds outside the Brookline Village Library.
Participants will meet in the Rabbit Hole and then go outside to survey the library’s environment, so be sure to bring a hat and wear sunscreen!

The Brookline Village Rabbit Hole, home to the ideaSPACE, is located on the ground floor of the Brookline Village Library. To access, use one of the main entrances, which are equipped with ramps and door openers, followed by the elevator in the atrium.
