Mindfulness for TWEENS presented by Mindful Minis Boston – CANCELED
Join Lauren Masse from Mindful Minis of Boston to practice stress-reduction and wellness-promotion. Activities will include breathing exercises, yoga, creative projects, emotional awareness, and mindfulness games! Please note: participants are encouraged to attend all 4 sessions to get the most benefit from this program. This program is open to the first 12 participants and is for TWEENS in grades 5-7 ONLY.
