Queer Art Night with Alex Makes Art

Join Alex Makes Art for a spooktacular queer embroidery night at the Brookline Public Library! Whether you’re a seasoned stitcher or just learning the ropes, this event is all about unleashing your creativity with a dash of Halloween spirit. We’ll provide the spooky designs, embroidery tips, and lots of queer joy—just bring your imagination (and maybe a friend or two)! Get ready to stitch up some ghosts, goblins, and glitter, all while connecting with community in a fun and inclusive space. Costumes encouraged in our safe and inclusive environment!

We’ll also have book displays featuring crafting and queer stories. This event is drop-in and open to all adults, no registration required. There are limited kits available, please arrive early to secure your spot!
