Raise Up MA Signature Campaign Training

Raise Up Massachusetts—a coalition of more than 150 worker, faith-based, and community organizations—is launching a petition drive to take the fight for a $15/hour minimum wage and paid family & medical leave to the ballot in 2018.

The drive starts in September and ends in November. During that period, Raise Up seeks 180,000 petition signatures for each measure from voters across the state.

The Jewish Alliance for Law and Social Action has committed to collecting at least 5,000 signatures and we are looking for committed volunteers to help us with this effort in September!

Join us for an important training with Progressive Massachusetts and Progressive Democrats of Massachusetts  to learn about collecting signatures for these campaigns! Learn the ins and outs of a ballot campaign, how to canvass and collect signatures, and how to spread the word about Raise Up’s work to build an economy that works for all of us.
