Virtual Boabom Series: Self Defense
Learn basic self defense techniques in a fun, positive class. Based in Boabom, a Tibetan system of self-defense, relaxation, and meditation, this class will teach you a variety of simple but effective ways to remain calm in a tense situation and defend yourself should you need to. You will also learn some fundamental breathing and stretching, along with techniques to evade, escape, and defend yourself. Partner practice will be an optional part of the class. All you need to participate are comfortable clothes that you can move around in, enough space to stretch your arms fully, and be able to take a couple of steps. No prior experience is required. All are welcome!
This class will be taught by Yemado, Director of the Boston School of Boabom.
