Writing Yourself Alive: A Creative Meditation & Writing Workshop

Learn to weave different forms of creative expressions – meditation, journaling, creative writing –  to explore all emotions and experiences as honorable, and to practice holding space for them with curiosity, compassion, and a sense of humor.

Marika Preziuso, PhD, will use guided meditation and poetry to inspire creative writing and journaling. Participants will generate new writing and have the option to share it with others. Please bring your own writing materials, blankets, and/or meditation pillows, and wear comfortable clothing.
