100 Books Before... Reading Recommendations

DRAFT 100 Books Combo Banner August 2020
Teens and tweens, are you taking part in our 100 Books Before... challenges? Our multi-year, personal reading challenges invite middle school and high school students to read and log 100 books for fun perks including monthly raffles, a grand prize upon completion, and major bragging rights! And if you're looking for books to read for your challenge, you're in luck!

Our teen and tween librarians have created two recommendation lists, one for the 100 Books Before High School challenge, and one for the 100 Books Before Graduation challenge. These are not required titles--instead, we each created lists in a range of genre and plot categories that we highly recommend as engaging, fun reads.

Check out our recommended reads here!

Chromebooks

Need a computer? The Library now has a collection of Chromebooks that can be checked out for two-week loans! A Chromebook is a simple laptop computer that lets you browse the internet, participate in web conferences/video meetings, do word processing, and more – all you need is a WiFi connection. Chromebooks can be checked out from all three Brookline Library locations and must be returned to their owning location. You can request a Chromebook through our catalog.
