WEDNESDAY, June 12 at 1:30 PM

Celtic Culture is woven deeply throughout the fabric of America and especially so in New England. The Softer Side of Celtic combines the music, stories, and a wee bit of history from Scotland, Ireland, and England into a program that will keep you on the edge of your seats. There will be singing, laughing, clapping, and perhaps a bit of foot stomping. Generously sponsored by the Library Trustees.

Similar to a book club, DVD copies of the films are held at the Circulation Desk at the Brookline Village Library for you to pick up and watch on your own time. Happy Pride!

Pride Parade
June is Pride Month, and the Library is celebrating! On Saturday, library staff marched in the Boston Pride Parade with over sixty public librarians from across the state. And we have plenty of resources here at the Library to help everyone read with pride. Stop by to check out our Pride displays and pick up a bookmark with reading recommendations for kids, teens, and adults.
