Library Closed for Labor Day

All Public Library of Brookline locations will be closed Monday, September 2 for Labor Day. Regular hours will resume Tuesday, September 3.

Stuffed Animal Sleepover

WEDNESDAY, August 28 from 10 AM - 5 PM

Send your toy on an adventure to the BU Observatory for a night of stargazing! Your toy will enjoy a special trip on Wednesday night and return to the library Thursday evening with a fun souvenir!

Drop off your stuffed animal at the Brookline Village Children’s Room desk before 5 PM on Wednesday, August 28th, and pick it up after 6 PM on Thursday, August 29th.

Are you a teen who wants to learn more about writing college application essays? Join us for a workshop at the Coolidge Corner Library. Library Assistant Kenny Yim will introduce participants to helpful library resources and offer writing examples for inspiration.
