Reference Services Survey

brookline village main library reference room again
The Public Library of Brookline wants to hear what you think of our reference services. The Reference Desk at the Brookline Village Library is located at the back of the building, in front of the Reading Room and computer area. Reference librarians answer questions related to the Library, technology, accessing materials, and more; we also plan library programs for adults.

As we determine future goals for the Reference Department, we would like to hear from the community. Are we meeting your needs? What services do you use, and what can we do better? We hope to hear from you!

UPCOMING EVENTS

Tween Space Grand Opening

Tween Space Grand Opening (1)
Brookline Village

THURSDAY, January 31 at 4 PM

Join us as we celebrate the grand opening of our Tween Space at the Brookline Village Library. In order to better serve our middle-school-aged patrons (grades 5-7), the Library has been hard at work creating a space and collection just for them. The Commons, the lower level communal space, will be reserved for our tween patrons from 2-6 PM, Monday through Friday. They’ll have access to robust fiction, nonfiction, and graphic novel collections, as well as weekly programming – including crafts, engineering projects, and book clubs. We’re very excited to share this new space with the Brookline community!
