Gentle Yoga at the Library

Starting November 3, de-stress from the holiday season with a series of calming and restorative yoga classes. Enjoy the benefits of gentle movement, passive and supportive poses, and focused breathing. Please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
