Join the Friends of Hall’s Pond for the first in a series of events to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the designation of Hall’s Pond as a nature sanctuary. Award winning Boston Globe Photographer and Brookline resident Lane Turner visited Hall’s Pond repeatedly over the course of 2024 and has produced images that surprise, delight and reveal various perspectives on the life of the pond. Lane will discuss his experiences capturing the many images that he will show. Prints of his work will also be hung up in Hunneman Hall to view up close. There will be a ten minute introduction to the Friends of Hall’s Pond at the start, a question and answer session and light refreshments at the end. Please register to guarantee admittance.
