Join us for an interactive magic show with professional magician, balloon sculptor, flea circus ringmaster, and storyteller Ed Popielarczyk! This event is for ages 3+ and will take place on the Putterham Lawn, weather permitting.

Join us at Brookline's Summer Eats program at Brookline Avenue Playground for an interactive, fun performance with Kimberly's Pocket Circus. Free breakfast (10 - 11 AM) and lunch (12 -1 PM) is provided at this location Monday through Friday through August 14. Summer Eats is open to community members of all ages (kids, tweens, teens, and adults). No ID or registration required and you do not need to be a Brookline resident to attend.

Drop in to learn how to use library apps and get answers to basic tech questions. Help sessions are 15 minutes long and you must bring your own device.

Enjoy our Plant a Seed, Read theme this summer! Decorate your own plant pot, and choose some seeds to plant inside.

This program is intended for children ages 4-10 and accompanying siblings and grownups. No ticket required!

Watch acrobat Li Liu perform hand balancing, plate spinning, ribbon dancing, diabolos, and foot juggling, and learn about Chinese language and culture. A few volunteers will have the opportunity to join her on stage! All ages are welcome to this fun, family-friendly event.

Learn all about S.T.E.M. and robots with Tony Ghelfi from FrankenS.T.E.A.M! We will have two identical sessions of this program. This is an event for kids going into grades 2-6 and requires a free ticket, available at the Children's desk half an hour before the program starts.

Celebrate our Plant a Seed, Read! summer reading program with a visit from the the Massachusetts Horticultural Society's Plantmobile! You'll learn about agriculture and the food we eat every day and get a taste test of farm-fresh fruits and veggies.

For kids ages 4 and up. Capacity is limited and free tickets are available at the children’s desk starting at 3:30 PM.
