Calling all fairy folk! Join us from 3:30-4:30 PM Thursday, July 24 in the garden outside of the Children’s room to build fairy houses out of natural materials. This is a drop-in event for kids ages 5-9.

It's a summertime literary road trip! The challenge: visit as many Minuteman libraries as you can and take a picture of yourself with a designated item in each library. Then post your pics and tag the libraries with #mlncrawl2025.

Each library will have handouts and prizes--click through to download a passport and see the complete list of participating libraries. All three Brookline Libraries will have prizes and passports! No registration required.

Check out a coloring, puzzle, or activity book!

Coloring, puzzle, and activity books for adults are now available to check out and use in the library! Stop by the Reference Desk to peruse our collection of coloring books, crosswords, sudoku, and word searches. Pens, colored pencils, and markers are also available upon request. Please note that these items are for in-library use only, and are intended for adults. Coloring books for kids are available at the Children's Desk.
