Our first event is tomorrow: Breadboard Bakery's Daisy Chow telling her tech-to-bakery story.

Each month we will come together to share baked goods from different cookbooks.
Copies of the cookbook will be available at the front desk four weeks before the meeting.
This month we are discussing The Bread Bible by Rose Levy Beranbaum.

JARRETT J. KROSOCZKA CELEBRATES LUNCH LADY

Hear creator Jarrett J. Krosoczka discuss the origins of his best-selling series Lunch Lady and lead a graphic novel workshop for fans.
Paper and pencil will be provided for each participant.

This event is limited to 75 participants.

SCULPT YOUR FAVORITE FOOD

Learn to make your own salt dough clay to sculpt and paint your favorite meal.

Final pieces will be displayed for two weeks at the Brookline Village Library for everyone to admire!

This event is limited to the first 20 children.

A Discussion of Recipes, People and Places

Join your neighbors for a discussion of how to commemorate and celebrate community foodways in dinner parties and cookbooks. Petra Beunderman, host of a long-running community dinner party, will talk with Megan J. Elias from Boston University’s Gastronomy Program about the history of community cookbooks and communal dining. Bring your favorite community cookbook or dinner party recipe to the table for a textual potluck.
