Thursday, October 29th: Join us at the Coolidge Corner Library as we craft with Hand.The.Light. Melt some wax, infuse some scent, and celebrate Diwali, the Hindu festival of lights, with your very own candle!

Thursday, October 29th: One Minute of Freedom: Meet Elizabeth Mumbet Freeman, a one-person play featuring Tammy Denease (founder/director of the Hartford-based Hidden Women Stage Company). Denease brings to life Mumbet, a courageous enslaved woman in a Sheffield, Massachusetts home.

Friday, October 30th: Join BEEP and the Public Library of Brookline for a sweet (not spooky) Halloween morning! We’ll sing, move, and parade in costumes, then “trick-or-treat” at a few activity stations. Everyone takes home a simple craft kit.

Tuesday, November 3rd: Spend the day at the Library, read a good book (or two or three), and earn a prize for every half hour that you read! We’ll also have tote bags to decorate for holding your prizes.
