Join us at the Putterham Library for Community Catch-up: a social hour featuring local guest speakers discussing their unique roles and engaging with the community.

Community Catch-up takes place on the first Thursday of the month at 11 AM. Coffee and pastries provided!

Staff from the Joanne Langione Dance Center bring us this fun family event where music, movement, and literature align to encourage exploration, imaginative play, and a love for shimmying and shaking! This program is intended for children ages 0-5 and accompanying grownups.

Brookline Poet Laureate, Allison Adair, will share some examples of love poems, then help teens craft their own! Just in time for Valentine’s Day!

Come to Hunneman Hall on Valentine’s Day to make cards for your loved ones! All ages are welcome to stop by any time between 1 and 3 PM. Supplies will be provided. No registration required.

Join the Coolidge Corner Library in celebrating Lunar New Year and the Year of the Horse with a special performance. Gund Kwok Asian Women’s Lion and Dragon Dance Troupe returns to the Public Library of Brookline to perform for the community and explain the history of the Lion Dance and it’s significance for Lunar New Year.

The Putterham Library is delighted to welcome Xi Ouyang, founder of Kong Mountain Tea, for a calming and immersive tea workshop… Attendees will taste three distinct loose leaf teas while learning about their origins, processing, and unique qualities.
