Boabom Meditation Series

Join us at the Library as we partner with The Boston School of Boabom for this exciting opportunity! Boabom Meditation is a system of meditation techniques that use breathwork and the imagination to increase focus, release stress, build calm and develop positive energy. This series will meet on Thursdays, July 14, 21, and 28 – you are welcome to attend any or all sessions. Feel free to bring mats and pillows, although they are not required.

These sessions will be led by Yemado, a senior teacher of Boabom, Seamm Jasani, and Yaanbao, and the Director of The Boston School of Boabom, located right here in Brookline. He has taught courses and seminars throughout the United States, as well as in Europe, Asia, and South America. He is the co-translator and editor of a number of books about the Boabom Arts, including The Secret Art of Seamm-Jasani.

Attend in person or register to attend virtually over Zoom here!

This event is generously sponsored by the Library Trustees.
