Chinese Calligraphy Workshop with Kang Zhou
Discover the beauty of Chinese characters through Chinese calligraphy!
In this introductory workshop, Kang Zhou will explore how to appreciate the artistic complexity of strokes and structures in Chinese characters from a calligraphic perspective. Additionally, he will introduce the basic techniques of brush writing, the aesthetic principles of calligraphy, and how calligraphy is applied in the daily lives of Chinese people. The workshop is for adults and older teens interested in Chinese calligraphy — all levels welcome!
Attendance is limited to 15 participants.
