Drawing in Color with the Brookline Arts Center

Photo of a sketch and color drawings of Frida Kahlo.

This workshop will provide students an introduction to working with color in 2D images. Students will experiment with color and tone through brief, guided exercises that demonstrate color relationships, explore the use of color in creating mood and atmosphere, and leave the workshop with a fully colored drawing of their own!

This workshop is open to all adults. No registration necessary; as supplies last.

This program is in collaboration with the Brookline Arts Center. The BAC serves over 5,000 individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities each year through classes and workshops, community outreach programs, exhibitions, public art activities, and special events. They are deeply committed to providing high-quality experiences in the arts for their students and community. Whether you are 2 or 92, there is an art opportunity and community at the BAC!

This event is generously sponsored by the Brookline Library Foundation.
