Dream Power: Exploring Your Dreams Using Embodied Dreamwork and Creative Writing

Connect to the power of your own dreams with dream experts and authors Linda Yael Schiller and Tzivia Gover. During this 90-minute program, you will be introduced to integrative creative dreamwork and writing through presentation, discussion, and experiential exercises. You will learn how to remember your dreams, how to use an integrated body/mind approach to help you access your dreams’ wisdom and guidance, how to use dream journaling and writing to help you unlock the power of your dreams, and simple writing prompts to help you uncover the meaning and messages in your dreams!

Both Tzvia and Linda are members of the International Association for the Study of Dreams.

Linda Yael Schiller, MSW, LICSW developed several innovative approaches to work with nightmares, dreamwork, and trauma treatment as a coach, consultant, author, and international teacher for over 40 years, and is currently offering a variety of dreamwork programs. Professor emeritus of Boston University School of Social Work, she taught groupwork and clinical practice for 15 years. Her recently published books include PTSDreams: Transform your Nightmares from Trauma Through Healing Dreamwork and Modern Dreamwork: New Tools for Decoding Your Soul’s Wisdom. Tzivia Gover, MFA, is a Certified Dreamwork Professional and the author of seven books of nonfiction including the recently published Dreaming on the Page: Tap Into Your Midnight Mind to Supercharge Your Writing, How to Sleep Tight Through the Night with co-author Lesléa Newman, and The Mindful Way to a Good Night’s Sleep. She offers one-on-one dreamwork sessions, workshops, and classes on dreams, writing, and everyday joy.
