Mindfulness means focusing your mind on the present moment and being aware of the mind and body. Join us for a special storytime at 11 AM in Hunneman Hall to practice mindfulness through reading, stretching, singing, and simple yoga poses. Wear comfy clothes and come with an open mind; hopefully you’ll leave relaxed and with a few tools to help you be more mindful in the future.
This program is for children ages 3+ and their families. This program is not recommended for children younger than three as children will be asked to hold short yoga poses and have control over their bodily movements. You’re welcome to bring a yoga mat if you have one, but this is not necessary.
Free tickets will be required for this program and will be available at the children’s desk starting at 10 AM. Masks are encouraged but not required for this program.Add to Google Calendar
