Would you like to cook more creatively, save grocery money, and keep food out of the trash? Join a presentation with chefs and sisters Mei and Irene Li, authors of the new cookbook Perfectly Good Food. Mei and Irene will discuss ways to cook the food you already have and some of their favorite use-it-up recipes, with a special focus on reducing food waste around the holidays. They’ll share lots of tips and tricks (described as ‘quietly brilliant’ by the Boston Globe) for adaptable, flexible, and fun cooking from their work as professional chefs and cookbook authors.
