Outdoor Singalong with Matt Heaton

Join special performer Matt Heaton outdoors for an interactive singalong! This program is for families and kids of all ages but may be most appealing to kids ages 0-5. We can’t wait to sing along with you.

This program will be outdoors at Brookline Village on the lawn between the Library and Town Hall. If the weather is not suitable for an outdoor program, the program will be moved to Hunneman Hall. Any location change will be announced on Library social media and this event listing will be updated.

About the performer: “Matt Heaton believes music for kids can be entertaining for both children AND parents. His songs blend mid century American guitar styles: surf, rockabilly, western swing & soul, delivered with a wry sense of humor and a sincere sense of fun. Children and adults respond to his musicianship and variety. The grown ups in the room particularly appreciate the Muppet-esque touches of humor and observations of kid behavior.  Whether you call it children’s music, family music, kindie or toddlerbilly it’s sure to please listeners of all ages.”

This event is generously sponsored by the Brookline Library Foundation.
