Storytime at Lawton Playground
This summer, storytime is coming to you! Join a children’s librarian from the Public Library of Brookline at your local park for storytime on Thursdays. We’ll read, sing, rhyme, and groove together. You may even find fun summer surprises! We suggest you bring a blanket or towel to sit on, sunscreen, and a water bottle as our programs may not always be in the shade!
We’ll be on the south side of Lawton Playground on Thursday, June 27 at 10 AM. In the event of rain or a town-designated heat emergency, storytime will be canceled. If a program is canceled, this webpage will be updated and a cancellation notice will be posted on our social media feeds. If you’d like to receive text notices about storytime cancellations, you can sign up by by texting “@brkstory” to 8101 and replying with your name. Standard messaging rates apply.
