Let’s make Okonomiyaki, A Japanese Savory Pancake!

Learn about and make Okonomiyaki with Table for Two’s Wa-Shokuiku: Learn. Cook. Eat Japanese! Okonomiyaki is a delicious and healthy Japanese savory pancake that  is sometimes called Japanese Pizza. The pancake is chock full of crunchy cabbage and topped with a yummy glaze.

REGISTRATION FOR KITS IS FULL. There is no waitlist for this program.

There are 33 Okonomiyaki kits available. The Otafuku Company has generously donated ingredients for the kit. Each kit contains the pancake mix, sauce, and optional toppings. You will have to provide a small number of perishable ingredients. Please click here to read the full ingredients list

Kit reservation starts Monday, February 28 at 6 PM. You will be able to reserve a kit, one per family, via our Eventbrite. You will be asked to indicate which library location you would like to pick up your kit at. There will not be a waitlist for kits, so please do not register if you do not plan to also attend the virtual class.  

Pick up kits starting Saturday, March 5. 

The zoom cooking class meets on Wednesday, March 9 at 5 PM. 

This is a family friendly event. Kids and adults of all ages are welcome. We encourage families to enjoy the program together!
