Virtual Ramen Cooking Class

Join us for a fun and informative ramen cooking workshop!

In this live cooking class, Chef Melissa will guide you through every step of making nutritious, restaurant-quality ramen using local New England ingredients. Chef Melissa will show you how to cook ramen noodles in a homemade yellow miso-mustard broth, and poach fresh Nantucket scallops as toppings. Feel free to substitute scallops with tofu or shredded carrot if you prefer a vegetarian option.  This program will take place on Zoom, so you can cook along at home if you want!

Registration for this workshop is required. To register, please click here. The first 20 registrants will receive a Surprise Gift (available at the Coolidge Corner Library) from the Library! Register today if you would like to noodle with us!

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the program.  You will also receive a separate email with Chef Melissa’s recipe and ingredient shopping tips within a few days of registering.
