Winter Hibernation with Hands on Nature

Squirrels hibernating

Come learn how your favorite animals spend the winter! Join Hands on Nature as we explore how animals survive the coldest months of New England. We will learn about hibernation, migration, and the amazing adaptations animals have for surviving our harshest temperatures. Bring a stuffed animal and create a cozy hibernation den craft to take home!

For children ages 4 and up. Open to the first 30 participants. A free ticket is required to attend.

Tickets will be available at the main desk of the Putterham Library starting at 1:30 PM.

This event is generously sponsored by the Brookline Library Foundation.
