Library Card Registration
Want your group to pick up their own library cards during your visit? Sounds awesome! Here's how it works:
Have each person in your group complete a
print library card application form
or
register digitally
in advance of your visit. We'll also have paper applications available in the building.
Ensure that each member of your group brings a
photo ID
and a
proof of current address
with them to the Library. View a complete
list of qualifying documents for library card registration
.
We'll create or activate your cards when you arrive for your visit!
Want your class to pick up their own library cards during your visit? Sounds awesome! Here's how it works:
Have each student complete a
library card application form
, signed by their parent or guardian.
Please note:
teachers cannot serve as a guardian for library card registration.
Bring all completed applications to the library
at least a week in advance of your visit
We'll verify your students' addresses through the school directory list and have the cards ready for pick-up when you arrive!
